HE Mr Abdullah Mohamed Almowed Ambassador of the State of Kuwait in Baku wrote condolences on the book of condolences that was opened due to exposition of Libyan cities and regions to the Torrens and floods, which led to a large victims and missing persons, and severe damage to property and infrastructure.
