H.E. Mr. Abdullah Mohamed Almowed, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait in Baku met Mr Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA) of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Opportunities for cooperation between KOBIA and the relevant institutions of Kuwait were discussed at the meeting.
