With reference to what has been circulating on some social media platforms in the State of Kuwait with regards to....
- The Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Azerbaijan would like to clarify that what has been circulating regarding kidnapping of Kuwaiti citizen is untrue and that what happened was a financial dispute that did not exceed two hours of period with the citizen and the driver accompanying him during his stay in Baku. The Embassy followed up on this matter through legal means.
This is due to the distinguished relations between the two countries and the fact that the Embassy always follows up on the needs of citizens and focuses on facilitating the matters of citizens and supporting maintaining their comfort.

- بالاشارة الي ماتم تداوله عبر بعض وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في دولة الكويت عن اختطاف مواطن كويتي في باكو بجمهورية اذربيجان .
- توضح سفارة دولة الكويت لدي اذربيجان بأن ماتم تداوله من اختطاف هو عار عن الصحة وان ماجري يعد خلاف مالي لم يتعدي الساعتين من الوقت مع المواطن والسائق المرافق له اثناء اقامته في باكو وان السفارة تابعت هذا الموضوع بالطرق القانونية … كما تطلب السفارة تحري الدقة في الخبر وذلك للعلاقات المتميزة بين البلدين ، وان السفارة تتابع دائماً احتياجات وتسهيل كافة امور المواطنين والوقوف علي راحتهم
